Free Community Workshop: "Art, Healing & Community"
This free community workshop is presented as part of Dia Soto’s My Creative Journey / Mi Viaje Creativo residency with San Diego Made. Led by a community-based therapist, the conversation-centered workshop will explore how creativity can support healing, resilience, and mental health, with a focus on local experiences of stress, trauma, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
"Colores Del Barrio/ Colors of the Hood" Final Exhibition
As the culminating event of Dia Soto’s My Creative Journey / Mi Viaje Creativo residency with San Diego Made, this community-centered exhibition will feature a visual art installation combining barrio-based photography, writing, and collaborative studio work created throughout her residency.

Beyond the Line Final Exhibition
An immersive film premiere exhibition for Rose Sanchez’s short film. The event will have music performances by the film’s music composer, poetry, a film screening, and a short speaking panel afterward.

Open Studio Hours with Rose Sanchez
Open studio hours with Rose Sanchez are open to all and will be a combination of writing sessions and set sessions. Anyone interested in film will be able to dive into the production/creative process of making a film.
