Crafting Care: A Kintsugi Guide to Human Connection

Grounded in the philosophy of Kintsugi, a HEALshop™ is a professional space where healing connects head, heart, and art.

Welcome to HEALshop™, where emotions are seen as places to explore rather than problems to solve or fix.

Why Care Matters?

Care is what begins, holds, and sustains all relationships. And yet, most of us were never taught how to practice care—especially when things become strained, distant, or uncertain.

Workshop Description:

This HEALshop™ is designed for this practice of care. Over the course of three weeks, we will move through a simple relational arc:

The Bowl — What brought us together

The Break — What has been strained or disrupted

The Repair — How we mend, care, and sustain

Each session includes guided reflection, structured dialogue, and a hands-on Kintsugi practice. Participants will work with a bowl as a physical expression of repair—learning that cracks are not the end of a relationship, but an invitation into care.

What you’ll leave with:

• A completed Kintsugi bowl

• A clearer understanding of your relational patterns

• A Care Plan of Wholeness to support connection moving forward

Designed as a small, intentional cohort to support depth, presence, and connection

SESSION DATES:
